New Year’s Day is when I take down my Christmas decorations (with the exception of the tree because I have so many ornaments and it takes me several evenings to do by myself). Nowhere near as much fun as putting them up. I do lots of procrastinating by watching lots of “Law & Order” TBS [...]

I’ve started to experiment with my new camera and editing software. I used “Digital Photo Professional” to convert the RAW image to this. Here is the original: I know I’m going to end up spending lots of time just messing around with this camera. This is just one of the trees in my yard.   

I’m rather fond of the Bumble from “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer,” so people keep giving me Bumble-related Christmas decorations (and I’ve gotten some myself). Things seem to be working with blogger for the moment. I will keep my WordPress blog though (the program comes with my hosting service). After messing around with it I kinda like it. Update 1: Looks like I spoke too soon… Update 2: random test post… Update 3: Are we there yet…
